BLUFFTON, Ohio -- A man was seriously injured in a rollover crash Tuesday in Hancock County's Orange Township, sheriff's deputies said.

Dean H. Corrigan, 63, of Millersburg, Ohio, was eastbound on U.S. 30 east of Township Road 52 about 4:45 p.m. when his sport-utility vehicle drove off the north side of the road, returned to the highway, and crossed the center line. The vehicle rolled over and landed on its wheels on the south side of the road.

The Ada-Liberty Township fire department freed Mr. Corrigan from the vehicle. He was taken by medical helicopter to St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima, Ohio, where he was listed in serious condition late Tuesday.

Deputies continue to investigate the crash.
