A Toledo man was shot in the leg Wednesday night as he and his brother were robbed by two masked men.

James Walker, 29, and his brother were walking up to a porch in the 1100 block of Evesham Avenue about 7:45 p.m. when at least two men demanded their money, keys, and other property, Toledo police Sgt. Roy Kennedy said. Mr. Walker was shot by one of the men. He was taken to Toledo Hospital. His condition was not available.

The masked men got the keys to Mr. Walker's mother's silver-colored Corvette, but they only drove it around the corner before they abandoned it, Sergeant Kennedy said.
