BOWLING GREEN — A Rossford man who set his house on fire was sentenced Monday to complete the SEARCH treatment program at the Northwest Community Corrections Center.

Ian Ortega, 20, was placed on community control sanctions for five years by Wood County Common Pleas Judge Reeve Kelsey, who also ordered him to perform 300 hours of community service and pay a $500 fine. Judge Kelsey also suspended his driver’s license for a year.

Ortega pleaded guilty in October to one count each of aggravated arson and aggravated possession of drugs.
