    TEMPERANCE — The victim of a shooting early Saturday at a mobile home park just north of the state line was identified Sunday by a Monroe County sheriff’s deputy as Ronald Roth, 46, of Toledo.

    Sgt. Heath Velliquette, who identified the victim, said the name of the man who was charged with open murder in the shooting will not be released until the suspect makes an initial appearance in Monroe County Circuit Court, which could occur today.

    The victim’s body was found in the 200 block of Heather Street after investigators were called to the Inverness Community around 5:20 a.m. on a report that shots had been fired there.

    A homeowner, described as a man in his 30s, was taken into custody without incident and charged with open murder.
