Huntington Bank is offering a $10,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of those responsible for robbing the bank's branch in Northwood at gunpoint today, law enforcement authorities said.

About 9:25 a.m., two men or teenage boys entered the bank at 2550 Woodville Rd., displayed handguns, and demanded cash from tellers, according to a joint written statement by the FBI and Northwood police. Once the tellers complied, the robbers fled the scene with an undisclosed amount of cash. They were last seen in a white 1992 Oldsmobile Cutlass, which was later recovered in Oregon.

The driver of the getaway vehicle was described as black, about 5 feet and 9 inches tall, and weighing about 190 pounds. He was wearing dark clothes, white shoes, and what appeared to be a green homemade mask, according to the statement.

The other suspect was also described as black. He was dressed similarly.

Anyone with information about the robbery is asked to contact the FBI at 419-243-6122 or Northwood Police Department at 419-691-5053.
