Help requested to ID suspected thief

Michigan State Police and Crime Stoppers of Lenawee are asking for help identifying a man suspected of stealing from the Adrian Walmart, 1601 E. U.S. 223 in Lenawee County’s Madison Township, at 8 a.m. Jan. 25.

Video surveillance shows the man enter the store, go to the automotive department, then take an in-dash car stereo system and a speaker from the store’s shelf.

The suspect removed the items from their boxes and concealed the items under his clothing, surveillance shows, then quickly exited the store.

The suspect is described by authorities as a white male with an average build and collar-length hair.
