Sylvania Township fire-station work bids to be taken until Feb. 27

Sylvania Township trustees will accept bids from general contractors until 2 p.m. Feb. 27 for construction of Fire Station No. 1.

Bids need to be turned in at the administrative office, 4927 Holland-Sylvania Rd., where all bids will be opened publicly and read aloud at closing time.

Bidders must register and buy plans from the Newfax Corporation at newfaxcorp.com to be recognized as bidders. A contractor’s prebid meeting is set for 10 a.m. Wednesday at the administrative office.
