Stop & Go heist target of police investigation

Toledo police investigated a robbery at Stop & Go, 3131 W. Sylvania Ave. near Rohr Drive, reported at 7:10 p.m. Sunday.

Police said a man ordered a clerk to give him cash from the drawer and raised his sweatshirt to reveal the handle of a black handgun, police said.

The robber fled with the cash, according to a police report.

The man was described by police as white, about 6 feet and 2 inches tall, and weighing about 180 pounds, with brown hair.
