Toledo Fire and Rescue Department holds promotions ceremony for lieutants, chiefs

At left is Kathy Zeller, also promoted to lieutenant. Also promoted were, to battalion chief, John M. Kaminski, Timothy J. Clapp, Damon J. Williams, and David C. Rodriguez; to captain, John R. Schnorberger, Matthew Brixley, Ronald E. Magers, Dexter L. Baker, and Douglas J. Palicki; and to lieutenant, Thomas J. Bartley, Brian Gardner, Stephen G. Rutkowski, Daryl P. Ray, and Kirk P. Keane.
