Inmate at Toledo Correctional killed Sunday

An inmate was killed Sunday at the Toledo Correctional Institution, the Ohio Highway Patrol confirmed today.

The Office of Investigative Services at the Findlay post is investigating the homicide. The name of the man was not available.

This is the second homicide at the North Toledo prison recently. Bradley L. Hamlin, 24, of Mantua, Ohio, was strangled in the facility on Sept. 20 and died two days later at Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center.
