Toledo man indicted in case of man shot in fight

A Toledo man charged with shooting a man in the chest during a fight was indicted on Tuesday by a Lucas County grand jury.

Corey L. Riley, 31, of 4429 Burnham Ave. was indicted for felonious assault with a firearm specification stemming from the March 9 shooting of Victor Hunt, 46, of Toledo.

Investigators said Mr. Riley and Mr. Hunt were scuffling in an alley in the 1400 block of Prouty Avenue in South Toledo when Mr. Riley pulled out a pistol and shot Mr. Hunt.
