A Toledo man who allegedly taught mixed martial arts while collecting workers’ compensation was indicted Monday by a Lucas County grand jury.
Bobby Morgan, Sr., 44, was indicted on one count of workers’ compensation fraud for allegedly collecting nearly $15,400 from the state insurance fund for injured workers between Sept. 1, 2008 and July 14, 2009.
During that time, Mr. Morgan was allegedly giving mixed martial arts lessons despite a claim he had filed, prosecutors said.
