Toledo man, 21, faces arraignment in slaying

A Toledo man is to be arraigned today in Toledo Municipal Court on a murder charge.

Quincy Allen, 21, of 1343 Oak Hill Ct., is charged with murder for the April 19 shooting death of La’Quan Dunbar, 20.

Allen was charged Monday; he was already being held in the Lucas County jail on an unrelated aggravated robbery charge. Mr. Dunbar was shot once in the back of the head at 2315 N. Detroit Ave.
