SB U.S. 23 reopens near Summerfield Road

MONROE — The southbound lanes of U.S. 23 near Summerfield Road have reopened, after an accident there closed them hours ago, a Monroe County sheriff's dispatcher said.

Information about the crash, which was reported after 4:30 p.m., was not available.

Traffic was diverted to Summerfield during the road closure.
