Three more men have been indicted for a suspected large-scale chop shop operation in Toledo.

Gregory A. Rose, Gary G. Wymer, Jr., and Terry L. Wymer were arraigned Thursday in U.S. District Court in Toledo on a charge of conspiracy for their alleged roles in the operation.

In a superseding indictment filed this week, the three are accused of conspiring with six other men, who were indicted in March, to transport and dismantle stolen tractor-trailer rigs and cargo from Michigan and Indiana to Ohio, then sell the parts as scrap metal.

Gary Wymer, Jr., 27, of 139 E. Broadway, also is charged in Wood County Common Pleas Court with aggravated theft for allegedly taking scrap metal from Berner Trucking in Toledo and AK Tube LLC in Walbridge.
