Pedestrian struck by vehicle in Fulton Co.

FAYETTE, Ohio, -- Early today, a pedestrian was struck by a northbound vehicle on County Road 23 near the Ohio-Michigan state line while changing a tire.

The Fulton County Sheriff's Office responded to the accident at 12:22 a.m.

The sheriff's office does not believe the victim is in overly critical condition this morning.

The vehicle, a small, newer sedan, should have damage to the left front headlight assembly and possibly the front bumper, according to a news release. It continued toward Lenawee County after the incident.
