An East Toledo man accused in the shooting of two men was indicted Monday by a Lucas County grand jury on two counts of felonious assault with a firearm specification.

Anthony Tardiff, 23, of 305 Willard St. is charged in the wounding of Darnell Buck, 38 and Charles Jackson, 34, who were shot about 5 a.m. June 9 at 1258 Halstead St. Police said Mr. Tardiff and another man were visiting two women at that address when the victims came home and told them to leave. A short time later, numerous shots were fired into the house, wounding Mr. Jackson and Mr. Buck, authorities said.

Also indicted Monday was Dameisha Foreman, 20, of 4408 Airport Hwy. who is charged with obstructing justice and failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer.

She allegedly led police on a high-speed chase in the 1200 block of West Sylvania Avenue on June 5 while Anthony C. Smith was in her car. Mr. Smith, 27, is charged with felonious assault from the May 3 shooting of Vincent Pittman, 38, in Toledo.
