    A person has been shot today in North Toledo along Stickney Avenue near Spring Street, according to initial police reports.

    Emergency crews have responded to the shooting, which occurred just before 12:30 p.m.

    The victim's condition was not known, but the person apparently was able to talk with police on scene.
