Findlay boy hit by van 
is in Columbus hospital

FINDLAY — A Findlay boy remained hospitalized Friday after he was struck by a van the day before while riding a bicycle on a city street.

Ian Oehler, 10, was taken to Blanchard Valley Hospital, then transferred to Nationwide Children's Hospital in Columbus, Findlay police said. His condition was not available Friday.

Van driver Rosalinda Flores, 38, also of Findlay, stopped at the scene of the 5:55 p.m. collision in the 700 block of Sixth Street, police said.
