A Holland teenager certified to stand trial as an adult was indicted Friday in the shooting death and robbery of a Toledo man.

Levi Jackson, 17, was indicted by a Lucas County grand jury for murder, aggravated robbery, aggravated burglary, and two counts of felonious assault, all with firearms specifications. The charges stem from the April 29 shooting death of Nathaniel Phillips, 20, at a West Toledo apartment.

Toledo police said at least two people were allowed inside an apartment on Twin Oaks Drive where the intruders struck one of three occupants on the head, shot Mr. Phillips to death, and wounded Michael Kohlhofer, 20, of Holland.

Antonio Taylor, Jr., 19, of 347 Oak View Ct., faces the same charges as Mr. Jackson, while Cody Ramsey, 17, of Holland last month was found delinquent of complicity to robbery and complicity to aggravated robbery in Lucas County Juvenile Court and ordered to spend at least two years in an Ohio Department of Youth Services facility.
