Northwest Ohio man killed in accident involving a riding lawn mower
8/22/2013DUNKIRK, Ohio - A northwest Ohio man was pronounced dead today following an accident involving a riding lawn mower in Hancock County's Madison Township.
Charles R. Turner, 53, of Dunkirk, Ohio, was pinned in a ditch bank where the mower rolled at 3:37 p.m. along 21935 U.S. Rte. 68, the Hancock County Sheriff's Office said.
The sheriff's office statement did not say if Mr. Turner was the operator or if the mower was on his property. No additional details were available.
