Police are searching for Blake Lee Quentin Long, 21, of Toledo, and Nicholas Henry Martinez, 19, of Toledo. Police believe both men were involved in the Aug. 18 kidnapping of a UT student, who got into a car with a group of strangers for what he thought was a trip to Cedar Point.

Instead, police said Mr. Long’s sister Brittany Long, 20, of Toledo drove to a vacant Bowling Green house, where police said the victim was robbed at knife point. After driving to a hotel and a failed attempt to extract ransom from the victim’s relatives in China, the group dropped the student off unharmed near his Toledo residence.

Ms. Long and another woman, Hui Zang, 23, of Toledo, have already been arrested and charged with aggravated robbery and kidnapping.

Police said Mr. Long is white, stands six feet, two inches tall, and weighs 210 pounds. He has brown hair and eyes. Mr. Martinez is black, stands five feet, 11 inches tall, and weighs 180 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.
