Police seek suspects in armed robberies

Toledo police are seeking information on a pair of armed robberies involving convenience stores over the weekend.

On Friday night, the In & Out Mart, 5830 Douglas Rd., was robbed by a woman who pointed a gun wrapped in a white scarf at a clerk.

According to a Toledo police report, a woman went into the store at 10:13 p.m.

The robber — described as a white woman with hazel eyes, 5 feet, 7 inches tall, and 120 pounds — got away with $200 from the register.

On Saturday morning, a 7-Eleven store in North Toledo, 3151 Lagrange St., was robbed of $469 of cigarettes by a man wearing a dark blue hooded sweatshirt and light-colored jeans.

The robber was described as white, 5 feet, 7 inches tall, 160 pounds, with brown hair and eyes. He was last seen on East Streicher Street. Witnesses said he has a scar above his right eyebrow.
