A Vito's delivery driver was robbed Tuesday night outside of a Point Place apartment building.

Just after 9 p.m., the driver went to 2939 N. Summit St. to deliver a pizza.

A man approached, asked if the driver had change for a $50 bill, and then showed the driver a gun tucked into a jacket pocket.

The armed man told the driver to put down the pizza and his wallet – the suspect took $90 and the pizza, gave the driver back his wallet, and told the victim to leave.

No injuries were reported.

The suspect is described as black, in his 20s, 5 feet, 10 inches tall, with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a dark-colored zip-up hooded sweatshirt and dark-colored jeans.

Police ask that anyone with information call Crime Stoppers at 419-255-1111.
