FINDLAY — Arraignments will be held Tuesday for two Findlay men charged in the drive-by shooting of Joe Gutierrez III earlier this month.

Ralph G. Harris III, 20, and Montre Robinson, 20, are being held in the Hancock County Justice Center in lieu of $1 million bond. They each are charged with murder.

Mr. Gutierrez, 34, of Findlay was shot at East Foulke Avenue and Crystal Avenue around 1:15 a.m. Nov. 8. He was taken to Blanchard Valley Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

Mr. Harris was indicted this week by a county grand jury on three counts of aggravated possession of drugs and one count of possession of cocaine in an unrelated case. The same panel indicted Mr. Robinson on one count of aggravated possession of drugs. They were arrested Nov. 8 on those charges.

Police said the men were charged Friday with the drive-by shooting after interviews were conducted and physical evidence was collected.

Anyone with information is asked to call Findlay police at 419-424-7150.
