Woman drifts into oncoming traffic, dies

12/3/2013A Toledo woman died today after authorities say the vehicle she was driving drifted into oncoming traffic and struck another vehicle on West Alexis Road.
Paula Hornsby, 52, 3102 W. Alexis, was transported to Toledo Hospital, where she was pronounced dead.
Toledo police say she was traveling east on Alexis Road near Whitmer High School when she drove left of center and struck a westbound traveling vehicle driven by Paulette Folger, 35, of West Toledo.
Ms. Folger and her two passengers, Karly Folger, 13, and Khloe Folger, 2, were also transported to Toledo Hospital. Ms. Folger is listed in serious condition, the younger Folgers were released.
An investigation is ongoing.
