Northwood, Oregon issue snow emergencies
12/14/2013The City of Northwood and the City of Oregon have issued a snow emergency tonight because of heavy snow accumulations.
The emergency, a city ordinance, prohibits the parking of vehicles on any city streets so that they can be cleaned off. Any vehicle found parked on a city street may be removed by law enforcement agencies and the owner could be fined.
