An argument about a ham ended with a woman being shot in an arm with a BB gun and a man in front of a judge.

Taylor Davis, age unknown, was shot in her left arm on Tuesday, allegedly by Michael Wolf, 21.

Mr. Wolf, of 322 Cincinnati St., is charged with assault, resisting arrest, and obstructing official business. He was arraigned today in Toledo Municipal Court and is being held in the Lucas County jail in lieu of $5,000 bond.

During his arraignment, he pleaded not guilty to all three charges.

According to court records, Ms. Davis and Mr. Wolf were arguing Tuesday night about a ham that Mr. Wolf and his mother were keeping in their refrigerator for Ms. Davis.

The argument inside the Cincinnati Street residence spilled onto the front lawn and then down the street.

Mr. Wolf, carrying a shovel, chased Ms. Davis and allegedly hit her in a leg and also shot her with the BB gun, according to court records.

When police arrived, Mr. Wolf was reportedly uncooperative but eventually arrested.
