Highway Patrol’s Findlay post gets new commander

FINDLAY — The Ohio Highway Patrol's Findlay post is getting a new commander.

Moving into the position is Lt. Matthew Crow, who was promoted Monday during a ceremony in Columbus.

The lieutenant's previous assignment was in the Office of Personnel Administrative Investigations Unit.

Lieutenant Crow was hired by the patrol in February, 1997. He has worked in Fremont, Wilmington, and Sandusky.

Also promoted Monday was Stacey Arnold, a trooper who was elevated to sergeant.

Sergeant Arnold will transfer from the Office of Criminal Investigations to the Findlay Criminal Patrol Unit, where she will be a training instructor in the Office of Criminal Investigations.

Sergeant Arnold was hired by the patrol in February, 1994. She has also worked at the Findlay and Toledo posts.
