Citizen Police Academy set

Part of the training at last year's Perrysburg Township's Citizen Police Academy.

The Perrysburg Township Citizen Police Academy will be from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. Thursdays, April 3 through May 29, at the police department, 26711 Lime City Rd.

Applications are available at the department or at perrysburgtownship.us.

The course includes discussions and some police training.

People who live or work in the township will have first preference.
