A person was injured in a crash that stopped morning rush hour traffic today for about 30 minutes on westbound I-475 in Sylvania Township, authorities said.
The victim was taken to Toledo Hospital by a private ambulance, according to the Lucas County EMS. The name and condition of the victim were not released.
The crash involving "passenger cars" occurred about 8:30 a.m. just west of Corey Road, Sylvania police said. Traffic on the road returned to normal sometime by 9:30 a.m., police said.
The incident remains under investigation.
