A Toledo man accused of robbing a West Toledo dollar store remained in the Lucas County jail on Monday night in lieu of $100,000 bond.
Moses Kimble II, 54, of 2289 Upton Ave., charged with one count of aggravated robbery, was arraigned in Toledo Municipal Court.
Police allege that at 9:51 p.m., Feb. 16, a man went into Family Dollar, 1910 W. Bancroft St., and demanded cash. A weapon was not seen but the man reportedly kept his hand inside his coat pocket as if he had a gun.
Police said they collected fingerprints at the scene and that a clerk identified the suspect. Mr. Moses is to be in court for a preliminary hearing March 31.
