Man accused in 2 robberies held on $200,000 bond

Bond was set at $200,000 today for a man accused in two armed robberies.

Charged with two counts of aggravated robbery is Erik Starr, 27, of 516 Hackett Rd. Police allege that he robbed Subway, 1528 Broadway, at 10:05 p.m. Thursday. After viewing video surveillance from the restaurant hold-up, police linked the suspect to the April 29 robbery of Dollar General, 3372 Monroe St.

Starr is to appear in Toledo Municipal Court court again on May 19. He remains in the Lucas County jail.
