Robbery video points to suspect in 2nd offense
5/12/2014Surveillance video showing the robbery of a South Toledo restaurant last week led police to file charges against the same man in two armed robberies.
Charged with two counts of aggravated robbery is Erik Starr, 27, of 516 Hackett Rd. Arrested Friday, he remained in the Lucas County Jail on Sunday.
He is accused in the robbery of Subway, 1528 Broadway St., reported at 10:05 p.m. Thursday.
While watching video from Subway, police recognized the man as the suspect accused of robbing Dollar General, 3372 Monroe St., on April 29.
