OAK HARBOR, Ohio — State Rt. 163 has opened after downed power lines closed the road in front of Ottawa County Fairgrounds for several hours earlier today, authorities said.

There were no injuries, according to the Ohio Highway Patrol's Sandusky post.

A patrol dispatcher said two tractor-trailer rigs drove by that location about 6 a.m., snapping low-hanging wires. Traffic on the road returned to normal sometime before 3:30 p.m., according to the Ohio Department of Transportation.

The incident remains under investigation.

Oak Harbor is about 25 miles east of Toledo.
