Man reportedly shot in the chest in East Toledo

A man who was reportedly shot in the chest in East Toledo was taken to Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center late Monday night.

Lucas County EMS considered the victim a trauma case.

First responders were called about 11:10 p.m. to 651 Platt St. near Starr Avenue and East Broadway Street.
