ADRIAN — Adrian police are investigating the deaths of two men who were believed to have been at a social gathering together.
The Adrian police and fire departments were dispatched Wednesday to separate medical emergencies within two hours.
At about 5:45 a.m., officers responded to a residence in the 100 block of North Main Street for a possible overdose.
They found a 25-year-old Adrian man deceased, police said.
Shortly after 7 a.m., police were called to a residence in the 300 block of South McKenzie Street for an unknown medical emergency, according to police.
A 30-year-old Adrian man was found deceased, police reported.
The cause of the deaths is unknown, pending toxicology. Evidence indicates both men were together in a social setting the previous night, police said.
