Kaptur plans post-riot talks

U.S. Rep. Marcy Kaptur (D., Toledo) will hold a public meeting from 10 a.m. to noon tomorrow in the administration building of the Toledo Public Schools, 420 East Manhattan, to listen to North Toledo residents' concerns in the aftermath of Saturday's riot.
