Law director contests opponent’s candidacy

TIFFIN — Fostoria Law Director Tim Hoover is challenging his opponent’s candidacy, saying she does not live in town.

In a complaint filed with the Seneca County Board of Elections, Mr. Hoover and retired Fostoria lawyer Frank Kinn contend Alicia Wolph Roshong lives in Huron, Ohio, but lists the address of her title company in Fostoria as her residence. Ms. Roshong grew up in Fostoria and previously served as city law director.

The board of elections is expected next month to determine Ms. Ro­shong’s eligibility to run for city law director.
