Democrat Michelle Wagner, a prosecutor in Sylvania Municipal Court, and Republican Mark Davis, a local attorney, will face off for a Toledo Municipal Court seat with Toledo city Prosecutor Dave Toska in the Nov. 8 election. Mr. Toska has not declared a party affiliation.

They are vying for the seat now held by Democratic Judge Francis X. Gorman, who is stepping down.
