COLUMBUS--A week after his boss came to Ohio, Vice President Joe Biden will make a stop in the Columbus suburbs Thursday to discuss college affordability.

The official White House event, which also will feature Secretary of Education Arne Duncan, will take place at Lincoln High School in Gahanna.

Mr. Biden will tout the President's efforts to keep the cost of higher education under control. In its announcement of the vice president's visit, the White House noted that the price of an education at Ohio State University has more than tripled since seniors at the high school were born.

Ohio is considered a must-win state for Mr. Obama's re-election chances this year. He visited Shaker Heights High School near Cleveland last week to announce a recess appointment of former Ohio Attorney General Richard Cordray as the nation's top consumer's watchdog.
