The Ohio and Georgia Republican parties are teaming up to support a CNN debate of the Republican candidates for president on the March 6 Super Tuesday ballot.
Ohio party chairman Kevin DeWine announced the partnership Thursday on the debate that will be held at 8 p.m. March 1 in Atlanta.
Ohio, with 66 delegates, and Georgia, with 76 delegates, are the two largest states that will be voting for presidential nominees that day.
A location will be set aside in Ohio where participants, in conjunction with the Ohio Republican Party, may ask questions of the presidential candidates as well, Mr. DeWine announced.
