Damschroder wins Ohio House seat

FREMONT - Voters in Sandusky and Seneca counties re-elected a veteran Tuesday, choosing state Rep. Rex Damschroder (R., Fremont) for the 88th House District seat.

Mr. Damschroder faced Democrat Bill Young, 60, a retired government teacher from Green Springs.

With all precincts reporting, Mr. Damschroder had 27,388 votes to Mr. Young’s 21,553 votes.
