Shane Vandergrift measures flooring for a house under construction in the Brookestone Village subdivision off Sylvania-Metamora Road, a mile west of Centennial Road, in Sylvania Township.

The development, by Village Building Co. and Moses-Schlachter Group, is to have 122 homes, most of which are completed. Prices range from $185,000 to $210,000.
