Workers erect the first six units of a planned 36-unit development on Dorr Street at Smead Avenue in Toledo. The three-story units, to be known as the Brownstones on Dorr Street, will be ready by early May.

Built by Four Seasons Housing Corp. of Birmingham, Mich., the townhouses will sell for $87,000 to $95,000.
