    When completed in mid-April, the main floor of the 24,000-square-foot building at 8 North St. Clair St. will house the showroom and warehouse of NBS Inc., the local distributor for Steelcase office furniture. The upper floors of the three-story building will be home to Thomas Porter Architects.
