Nov. 18 public hearing set on Sylvania zoning revisions
11/11/2013Sylvania City Council will host a public hearing regarding its zoning regulations concerning storage of recreational vehicles and boats next week.
Proposed revisions to the regulations will be discussed Nov. 18 at 7 p.m. in council chambers, 6635 Maplewood Ave.
Current proposed language recommends that vehicles, including trailers, be stored five feet from property lines. It also states that vehicles longer than 20 feet shall be stored one extra foot away from the property line for every additional five feet in length. Vehicles longer than 33 feet shall be stored eight feet away from property lines.
