Construction is nearing completion on this home on Eckel Junction Road in Perrysburg. The number of available lots in the subdivisions south of Fort Meigs is dwindling. According to the Toledo Board of Realtors, 32 houses were sold in Perrysburg in April, with an average sales price of $217,907.
