Bishop Blair appoints 2 deans, announces transfer of pastor

Bishop Leonard Blair of the Toledo diocese has announced the following personnel appointments:

●The Rev. Anthony Borgia, pastor of St. Joseph Parish, Fort Jennings, and Immaculate Conception, Ottoville, has been appointed to a three-year term as dean of the Lima Deanery, which covers Allen, Van Wert, and Putnam counties.

●The Rev. Richard Notter, pastor of SS. Peter and Paul Parish, Toledo, has been named dean of the Central Toledo Deanery for a three-year term.

●The Rev. Jose Corral has been granted a request to transfer to the archdiocese of San Francisco. Since leaving active ministry in the Toledo diocese in 1998, Father Corral has been ministering in Phoenix and California.
