Northwest Ohio multifaith council schedules 4th annual banquet

The Fourth Annual MultiFaith Banquet, presented by the MultiFaith Council of Northwest Ohio, will be held from 5:30 to 9 p.m. March 3 at St. George Orthodox Cathedral OCA, 738 Glenwood Rd., Rossford.

Participating will be members of more than 11 faith traditions including Jews, Christians, Muslims, Baha'is, Buddhists, Indigenous, Hindus, Jains, Sikhs, Unitarians, and Sufis, as well as people with no specific religious affiliation.

The banquet will feature panelists from Orthodox Christianity, Okla-Choctaw American Indian spirituality, and African-American Pentecostalism.

The Rev. Matthew Butrie of host church St. George is scheduled to present an optional seminar on Orthodox Christianity at 4:30 p.m.
